Returns Policy

We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item in accordance with the terms below.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and tags
  • Not damaged or altered in any way

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at enquiries@jennifer-clair.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We will process your refund once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping where applicable.

Exclusions

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery
