Demi-Couture Couture Terms

These terms apply to all made-to-order garments purchased from JENNIFER CLAIR LIMITED.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the following terms.

Orders and Payment

All garments are made to order based on a selected size. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
All orders are considered confirmed once payment has been received.

No Cancellation Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, all orders are final.

Product Nature

All pieces are produced based on an existing design and are not custom-made.
We do not offer changes to design, fabric, colour, or construction.

Production

Each garment is produced individually after purchase and requires approximately 6–8 weeks for production.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on demand and availability of materials.

Measurements and Fit

Garments are produced according to the selected size at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for incorrect size selection.
Alterations, if required, are the responsibility of the client.
We are not responsible for changes in body measurements after the order has been placed.

Variations

Due to the nature of production and materials, slight variations in colour, fabric, or finish may occur.
These variations are not considered defects.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors including shipping carriers or customs.

Risk and Responsibility

All garments must be inspected upon delivery.
We are not responsible for damage or alterations after the item has been received.

Ownership

Ownership of the garment remains with JENNIFER CLAIR LIMITED until full payment has been received.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the client.
We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.

Liability

We do not accept liability for garments used outside their intended purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
