What do you create?

We create bespoke evening, tailoring and bridal couture pieces, using the finest fabrics, hand embroidered and made to measure in London.

Do you create children's wear?

We create couture pieces from as young as 6 months up to 16 years old, using fabrics suitable for sensitive skin and non-abrasive hand embroideries.

What is the lead-time for a couture piece?

The lead-time for a couture piece is approximately 3 months and 6 months for a bridal gown. Please inform us if you have a shorter timeframe and we can try to accommodate your request.

Can I buy a dress that has already been made for someone else?

Each piece is exclusively designed once in the world without repetition. Unfortunately we cannot reproduce a design that has been exclusively created for another client.

How many fittings will I have?

Each Jennifer Clair couture piece is meticulously created over series of fittings. We would advise a minimum of two to three fittings.

Where do the fittings take place?

The fittings can take place in London or we are able to travel to your preferred destination of choice (an additional cost may apply).

Are you a sustainable brand?

We source our materials from a carefully selected niche of ecologically driven manufacturers, as well as continuously following innovative ways to remain ethically driven.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept only bank transfers. Unfortunately we do not accept transactions by card or cheque.

What delivery services does Jennifer Clair offer?

We use trusted couriers to deliver your dress with care to your preferred destination. We are also able to offer an express hand delivery option when requested.

Do you offer an after care service?

We offer an after care service, bespoke to each client’s needs (additional charges may apply).

Returns, exchange and cancellation policy

Any products bought from Jennifer Clair are made-to-order and therefore are non-refundable. However, we can make minor alterations and changes to the original design if agreed by both parties.

Full payment is required before work commences on the order; therefore cancellations are not accepted once payment is received.
